1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the spin321 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and spin321 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The spin321 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited. spin321 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of breaching this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on spin321. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. spin321 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. spin321 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any channel outside the official platform.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us. Please contact customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a spin321 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered violations of these terms:

Using software, scripts, or automated methods to access, extract, or manipulate platform data.
Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through fraudulent means such as creating multiple accounts or coordinating with other parties.
Sharing, transferring, or selling an account to any third party under any circumstances.
Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity of gameplay, system security, or the experience of other users.
Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits or transactions on the platform.
Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.

Spin321 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and balance freezing.

Duplicate or proxy accounts
Use of unauthorised third-party software
Bonus or promotion abuse
Account transfer to another party
Registration by users under 18 years of age

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All transactions on the spin321 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

Deposit Terms

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the user's own name.
spin321 does not accept deposits from third parties or unrecognised sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected.
Deposits that have been processed cannot be reversed once credited to your account.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
spin321 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and may take 1–3 business days.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Spin321 Limitation of Liability

Spin321 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, server failures, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond the platform's control.

The platform is provided "as is" and spin321 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or fully secure against all threats. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connections are secure when accessing the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the spin321 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of spin321 or its respective licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Spin321 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised access.
Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Third-Party Links

The spin321 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. spin321 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.

6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Spin321 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.

Continued use of the spin321 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the spin321 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
